Please Rock
PleaseRock is the mother station for The Yacht Rock Review, one of the greatest cover bands in the universe. I had the privilege of designing gig posters for their onstage alias, Y.O.U., who performed original music. It was an exciting project that allowed me to blend creative design with the vibrant energy of a band known for their stellar performances.
Left and Right: Please Rock's "Boy with the Flying V" was based on an illustration from the book What Makes A Shadow with pictures by and Adrienne Adams.
Above: The Paul Bunyan inspired illustration shows the "Boy with the Flying V" seated on the shoulder of Babe the Blue Ox. This was drawn and inked by hand and then digitally composited.
