Stronger Together, Excellence in Library Leadership

The Stronger Together: Excellence in Library Leadership Program was developed through the partnership between the HBCU Library Alliance and Brown University Library, marking the first time a non-HBCU affiliate member, Brown, joined the Alliance’s community of practice. This innovative program brings together emerging library leaders from two distinct communities—HBCUs and Brown University—creating a unique opportunity for cross-collaboration and leadership development. It is the first of its kind to intentionally bridge these two rich traditions of library leadership, fostering a shared commitment to excellence.
