Hemmer Lives

After watching an episode of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, a friend challenged me to create an image celebrating the latest and greatest engineer in sci-fi. My sticker design plays with a visual pun inspired by Shepard Fairey’s iconic Obey Giant poster. The design, which showcases Hemmer, received an enthusiastic seal of approval from the actor Bruce Horak himself, who portrayed the character. It’s a playful tribute to a fan-favorite role and a nod to the iconic art style that has influenced so many.
